Mascaras are amazing, but there’s something more than amazing that happens when you find that perfect mascara for yourself. It forms a bond with you and never leaves you alone. For the past 5-6 months, I’ve been using a mascara which wasn’t perfect. I felt that. And that’s the reason why I had to change it.
SANTE is one of the few brands that I own a lot of products of. So, I decided why not try their mascara too. And after seeing this name – SANTE MASCARA MAGIC LASHES; I knew that it was definitely trying to get my hopes up (just like every other mascara company) so that I would purchase a bunch of them. But, I wanted to be smart and try it out first and then decide whether I want to own more of them or not.
So, here’s what I found out after making my first SANTE mascara purchase:
The good points:
- Right off the bat, the brush is awesome. Not only it is convenient, but it smoothly coats the lashes from the base to the tip without having to try harder.
- Of course it provides definition. But it looks better compared to my other mascara.
- I don’t like falsies and that’s was the second reason why I bought this mascara. It definitely does what it says, bringing a lot of volume. And it also brings out my lashes.
- I takes little to no effort to cleanse this mascara off my lashes. It slides away from the lashes without leaving any dark residues behind.
- And of course, it is 100% natural and organic as well.
A few cons:
- It doesn’t dry off instantly. So, if you’re in a hurry, it would be a great idea to wait a couple of minutes before rushing out of your house to avoid being a hot mess.
- It has a tendency to smudge a bit, if you’re not applying it carefully.
- You cannot go an entire day without reapplying it.
- The brush is quite innovative and has 2 functions: one side to create the volume, the other one to define the lashes. A great idea and it works, but you need to get used to it.
- All in all, it is a great mascara that adds a lot of volume and of course, it is affordable. Also, I love to avoid chemicals on my skin thus using a 100% natural mascara is important to me,
- It definitely has its cons such as taking time to dry out, but there is nothing in this world that is perfect. I will keep using this mascara.
