The ideal eyebrow
Here’s the classic diagram of where your brows should ideally start, arch and end. Since we all have different face shapes, natural brow shapes, etc, this figure might not work for everyone.
It’s often referred to as the ideal brow – with the beginning of the brow lining up with the side of your nose (if you hold a pencil vertical to your nose, it should line up with the beginning of your brows). But depending on the symmetry of your nose, placement of the eyes (if they are very far apart for instance), etc, this method may not work. Instead, use your tear-ducts as a reference of where your brows should start.
The arch should ideally line up with the edge of your iris.
Your brow should ideally end diagonal (45 degrees) from the outer corner of your eye.
Choosing Your Eyebrow Pencil
It seems like common sense to choose the right shade of eyebrow pencil, yet women often get it wrong. Since the goal is to “enhance” the brows, choosing a shade that is the same or darker than your natural brows, can cause the brows to look too heavy. Therefore, you want to select a shade for your eyebrow pencil that is a little lighter than your natural brows.
And that is where SANTE Eyebrow Pencils comes in. This pencil gives your brows that precise arch and nourishes and protects them with organic coconut oil, castor oil, natural beeswax and carnauba wax. Available in two colours: blonde and brown.
