Dr.SANTE is a professional skincare brand first. Most of the people who use it do so as professionals, so how they learn the products matters. This note looks at a recent training visit to the Busan headquarters, shared by SANTE in October 2026.
In brief
SANTE welcomed a group of estheticians from the Netherlands to its headquarters in Busan, Korea. The programme combined the brand story, a tour of the offices, product training and live demonstrations.
What a visit includes
SANTE describes four parts to the programme:
- An introduction to the Dr.SANTE brand story.
- A tour of the headquarters offices.
- Professional product training.
- Live demonstrations, so that visitors can see the products used, not only described.
The group also had a sightseeing programme around Busan. SANTE’s own summary of the visit was “Together, we learn. Together, we grow.”
Why this matters to a customer
When a therapist knows how a product is meant to be used, the advice is simpler and more useful: how much to apply, what to layer, and what to leave alone after a treatment. SANTE’s own skincare educator gives the same advice in tips on the Soother Ampoule and Cream: follow your skincare professional’s guidance on when to restart products after a treatment.

Meeting partners at trade shows
Training is one way SANTE meets professionals. Exhibitions are another. SANTE reports that it attends beauty exhibitions in Korea and overseas, and shared behind-the-scenes footage from K-Beauty Expo Korea 2026, its final exhibition in Korea this year. It also welcomed a buyer from Türkiye to the headquarters.
What this means for New Zealand
We are at an early stage in New Zealand and bring a selection from the Korean range. Questions about training, the range or becoming a stockist are welcome through the form on the Contact page. Details of any training for New Zealand partners will be added to the Partners page once they are confirmed with SANTE.
What to ask your therapist
If you are having a professional treatment, a good question is how to look after your skin afterwards, and when it is fine to restart your usual products. If skin feels uncomfortable and does not ease, ask your pharmacist or doctor.
